SURROGACY IN THE UK: THE BIRTH OF A NEW ERA? 

I was born via surrogacy in 2001 and my brother in 2002 so have been aware of surrogacy for as long as I can remember.

This assignment allowed me to explore surrogacy and understand more about what it actually is and everything that is involved. I quickly discovered a huge problem within surrogacy, that being the outdated laws.

I had the chance to speak to some amazing individuals during this project, who have done and are doing some amazing work, about their own individual journeys involving surrogacy.

I want to showcase surrogacy for what it is and educate as many people as possible about it.

Surrogacy deserves to be spoken about.
